Kiya, the dog first known as “Puppy Doe,” was found starved and mutilated near a park in the City of Quincy. With no eyewitnesses, the case was built on complex forensics, making Greg the first prosecutor in Massachusetts to convince a judge to admit canine DNA as evidence.
