WBZ's Kristina Rex sits down with each candidate running in the Democratic primary for Norfolk County district attorney, the seat being vacated by Michael Morrissey.

Greg Connor, who spent 25 years as a prosecutor in the Norfolk DA’s office, has taken a different approach, emphasizing experience and continuity while acknowledging the need for change. 

Connor acknowledged concerns about recent cases, saying the Karen Read prosecution was “overcharged,” but pointed to what he described as the office’s broader track record.

There's another face in the race for Norfolk County district attorney: Democrat Greg Connor, an assistant district attorney and chief trial counsel for the Norfolk DA's office. He's been with the office for 25 years, during which he has worked as district court chief, motor vehicle homicide chief and white collar crime chief.

Whether it's figuring out how to introduce canine DNA as evidence in a case for the first time ever in the county, delving into multi-defendant crimes or prosecuting complicated murder cases, Greg Connor has his hands in many pots at the Norfolk County District Attorney's office.
